My client had a very particular idea in mind and I honestly wasn’t sure we’d find it locally. I sent Loomish a few references on WhatsApp and they understood what I was looking for almost immediately. The rug ended up being one of the strongest pieces in the room.

The quality is serious. You can feel the density when you handle the rug. We specified one for a residence and the client ended up asking where they could see more of the collection.

I contacted them just to ask a few questions about hand-knotting. I wasn’t even ready to buy anything. They still took the time to explain the differences between constructions and what I should be looking for. That stayed with me.

The Suzani was much better than I expected. We were initially attracted to the design, but the actual quality of the rug is what convinced us. Very beautiful work.

There are suppliers who sell carpets and there are people who really understand carpets. Loomish is much closer to the second category.

They were able to work with us on quantities, sizes and pricing without making the process complicated. And the quality stayed consistent. That’s what matters when you’re specifying for multiple spaces.

We discovered Loomish through a design contact and weren’t sure what to expect. The first samples changed our mind very quickly. There’s a confidence in the rugs — they feel rooted, but they’re not trying to look historical.
